Rohit Bhagat

Rohit Bhagat is an Advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi and has been actively practising since 2017. His practice is centred around litigation, advisory and dispute resolution, with regular appearances before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, District Courts, the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC), State and District Consumer Commissions, the National Green Tribunal (NGT) and other judicial and quasi-judicial forums.

Over the years, he has represented Central and State Government departments, statutory authorities, autonomous bodies, public sector organisations and private corporations in a wide spectrum of legal matters. His experience spans service law, constitutional and administrative law, Arbitration, consumer disputes, labour and employment matters, commercial litigation and contractual advisory. In addition to courtroom advocacy, he regularly advises clients on legal strategy, drafts pleadings, opinions, agreements and commercial documentation.

He currently serves as Panel Counsel for the Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of India, and is also the Legal Counsel for Bal Bhavan Schools.
